This group of stones has excellent, gemmy Celestite Light Blue color and beautiful crystalline layers and structures within. There is an interesting "backstory" to Celestite that explains why it is not commonly available in this form.Celestite is a difficult stone to cut and tumble as it rarely grows in stable points large enough to make tumbled stones like this one. And Celestite cleaves easily so it takes a great deal of material to make one tumbled stone. For this reason quality Celestite is sold by weight (which roughly corresponds to size, the heavier the stone the larger it is).This is a mesmerizing blue stone with a heavenly and quiet sparkly energy. It is an rounded to oval shape and mostly translucent thus giving it a shimmering gemmy appearance. It seems to emit light from within. Celestite is a very fragile and crumbly stone so it is very challenging to find enough material to tumble them. Thus these might have tiny semi-rough areas and even tiny points of matrix here and there but this in no way affects its properties. I know you will treasure this beauty and put it to good use. Although they are basically the same weight, some are longer and thinner, and some are shorter and wider. You can select one of these shapes.These are a good size for bags, jewelry, laying on the body and crafting. Each stone has been hand polished and feels very smooth and cooling to the touch. Most of these stones are on the opaque side, a few are semi-translucent but they are all very pretty! They can be used in massage, layouts and grids. Do not soak Kyanite in water because its layered structure could be damaged. They have distinctive mustard yellow to dark brown, marbled type veining - so very pretty and all-natural. We have only a small batch of tumbles with drilled holes and they are priced by weight (the heavier the piece, the larger and thicker the dimensions).Each has been gently tumbled and polished to retain its natural shape and character. The picture shows a good sampling of the pieces. They come in organic, asymmetrical undulating shapes. They have a slight, natural polish on them so feel smoother. I particularly like this BOHO, more rustic type of Turquoise and it will be ideal as a palm stone, pocket stone, for jewelry and crafting.These are particularly nice chunks of gently tumbled and polished Turquoise pieces that feel substantial and strong!
